Shipping charges
- Free shipping applies for all goods purchased online via the shop over the value of $100. Free freight does not apply to online quotes, custom made products, regional or remote locations, orders placed over the phone or in store.
- A flat rate fee of $10.00 will be charged for orders equating to a value of less than $100.
- If an order contains items that are classified as Dangerous Goods or Oversized then additional charges will be applied regardless of the value of the order.
- Dangerous Goods* - $25 flat fee (this is a blanket charge, meaning that $25 is the maximum charge for dangerous goods, whether it be for example one item or 5).
- Oversized Items* - $50 flat fee for items over 1.2mtrs, metro locations only.
- Custom Orders - will be quoted and charged based on the order
Shipping methods
Deliveries of online orders will be via courier, our preferred freight carrier or regular Australia post.
Damage to shipped goods
Shipping cartons are packed carefully and sealed securely for the safe arrival of your products. Fitzroy Stretches will not accept responsibility for theft or damages to the original shipping carton or contents by the Shipping provider or other parties or by you neglecting to collect the goods when notified or provide a safe and weatherproof place for delivery.
If goods are delivered in a damaged state, where the shipping carton has been obviously damaged during normal logistics operation, please contact us immediately and we shall contact the freight company and begin proceedings. We will request photos of any damage to the shipping carton and goods that renders them unusable. We will then work with you to discuss the issues and organise return shipping and replacement.
